Sturgis, Michigan, is expanding its Engineering Department to handle the increasing demand for its delivery vehicles. We currently have an immediate need for the following positions:

• CAD Designers (strong
Unigraphics background).
• Manufacturing Engineer (with background in industrial
engineering disciplines
including time studies,
processing, gauging).

Plastic Product Engineer

This position is located at NIBCO's world headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana. The position is primarily responsible for representing Corporate Engineering on new product development teams, ensuring goals and objectives are met through effective involvement, contribution and coordination.

Requires experience in injection molding of rigid plastics (PVC, CPVC, etc.), including insert over molding; scientific molding; design of experiments; and Lean Six-Sigma. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and NX.

BS in mechanical engineering or industrial technology with a minimum of 5 years of product design and tooling design experience and 5 years of injection molding process establishment and manufacturing experience. Candidates must have the ability to utilize mathematical concepts (statistics, solid geometry, trigonometry, fractions, proportions, etc.) to solve problems and have the ability to read, analyze and interpret general engineering drawings, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and work independently or in a project team environment and within a defined deadline.
