Monogram Comfort Foods in Muncie, IN is a producer of quality corn dog products. We currently have a career opportunity for a Maintenance Manager.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for all maintenance and technical issues related to operations and manufacturing at the MCF facility by coordinating all maintenance activities including planning, scheduling and prioritization of work orders and identifying and implementing process, productivity, efficiency, yield, cost and waste improvement to reduce operating costs and machine down time. The maintenance manager is also accountable for equipment modifications and troubleshooting and must be able to meet project time and cost restraints.
Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a proven ability to manage personnel. A BS in Engineering or related field, five years experience in food or related industry and experience utilizing AutoCAD preferred.
